Birsdeye Fabric - A gauzy material. Can be used for the inner material of all diaper sorts and for making prefolds. |
Flannel - A soft, twill weave with a slightly napped surface that is loosely woven. Can be used as an inner material for diapers as well as a hidden layer. Wool flannel is used in diaper covers. |
Stretch Knit Terry - A stretchy terry material that is often used for the inner layer of diapers - very absorbent and soft. |

Burley Knit Terry - A long looped terry cloth that is commonly used in soaker pads and doublers. |
Sherpa - A heavier weight Stretch Knit Terry with one side brushed to be very soft and fleece like. |
Hemp French Terry - Made with absorbent hemp and has the feel of soft terry cloth. |

Hemp Fleece - Made with absorbent hemp and has the feel of soft fleece. |
A polar fleece that was designed to repel wind and water yet retain breathability. 200 wt. and 300wt. fleece are less dense but similar in structure. |
PUL - A polyurethane laminate and medical grade fabric that is waterproof. It comes directly from the manufacturing company in solid color polyester and gingham varieties. Other fabric, such as cotton prints like the one above can be laminated on request. |
